Before you start
One account can be used for playing, captaining, organizing, running a school and family access. Use Switch workspace to choose what you want to do.
- 1
Create or open your account
Choose Continue as Player. Use Google or email and password; confirm your email if asked. Finish your profile with a name, email and full phone number, including the correct country code.
- 2
Join a team from an invitation
Open your captain’s invitation link. Sign in if needed, then select Join the team. If the link expired or was withdrawn, ask the captain for a new invitation. Adding the Player role alone does not join a team.
- 3
Check your schedule and RSVP
In My schedule, open a team game or tournament game to check its date, time, place and response deadline. Select I’m in or Can’t make it. Check that your answer is saved. Tournament times and scores are managed by the organizer.
- 4
Answer from an email
The personal RSVP buttons in a game email can save your answer without signing in. Do not forward your personal response link. If it no longer works, open the app or ask for a new invitation.
- 5
Set your sports and skill
In Profile, add the sports you play and your skill level. Taekwondo is included in the shared sport list. Review your profile visibility and save your changes.
- 6
Offer to substitute
Open Sub availability. Turn on I’m available as a substitute; add your sport, level, area, travel radius and time zone. Set weekly windows or specific dates. Respond to a matching request with I’m in or Can’t. A place is only yours once acceptance succeeds; it may already be filled. Pause requests when unavailable.
- 7
Choose notifications independently
In Profile or Settings, select Email, Text message (SMS), WhatsApp, any combination or none. All start unchecked; adding a phone is not consent. Unavailable channels do not switch to another service. WhatsApp requires approved templates and enabled sending. SMS STOP opts out; HELP requests assistance. You can always use the app.
Keep in mind
- Playing, RSVPing and offering to substitute are free during launch. Switch workspace explicitly to captain a team or run a tournament without creating another account.
