I'm In

Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of I'm In, a scheduling tool for recreational sports teams. By creating an account you agree to them.

Accounts

You must give an accurate name, email address and mobile phone number so your teams can reach you, keep your login secure, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Players, team captains and tournament organizers

  • Playing on a team, RSVPing and offering to substitute are free.
  • Being a team captain (up to five teams) and running tournaments are free during launch. No card is collected and no charges are made.
  • If we introduce paid plans later, we will show the price and ask you to agree before any charge is made.

Notifications, email and text messages

  • RSVPs can always be made in the app, or with the one-tap buttons in the emails we send.
  • Text messages are optional. We only text you about your team's schedule, RSVPs and substitute invitations after you tick the SMS consent box yourself. Consent is not a condition of using I'm In or of any purchase.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Carriers and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Do not use I'm In to send marketing or unsolicited messages, invite people who have not agreed to hear from your team, harass others, scrape data, or interfere with the service. Team captains must only add contact details they are allowed to use for team scheduling. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us the limited right to store and display it to your teammates so the service works.

Service availability and liability

I'm In is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for missed games, unfilled rosters or other losses arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent the law allows.
